Christmas Decorations

Hey guys,


So today i thought i would give you some Christmas decoration ideas. Without Christmas decorations, it doesen't feel like Christmas so its hard to feel Christmassy! And we can't not be Christmassy at Christmas. Anyway these are some ideas:

The downs of spending loads!

Hey guys!

Well...I got my receipt for my spendings for November on my card. Let's just say I don't think my parents are gonna be happy with what I have spent...sorry!

I have decided that I am not going to go shopping until at least February after Christmas (yes it is that bad!)because I need to start saving the pocket money to make up for the money I spent. 

Most of the money went towards Christmas presents which I'm not bothered about because it's Christmas and I'm going to get some money for Christmas. However the rest are just little things that add up big! Like scented candles, stationary, chocolate oranges, and cosmetics. Oo i don't know what I'm going to do! How can I go 3 months without spending! 

Sorry!This has been a short post but I will do another, longer one tomorrow(Monday)

The Future

Hey guys,


Do you ever think what you would be like as a adult? About what you could be doing in 20 years time? Will my life be good? Will I be successful at what I do? Will I get married and have kids? Who will I marry?

I do, I try to plan things out but no one knows what I could become. I know what a want to do but I don't know if it is gonna be true or not. I mean I say I wanna have money but I just don't wanna end up having to stop spending so I can afford to pay bills and stuff! I wanna be happy not miserable in a life I don't want. 

Exams are important, I really wish they weren't! I am the worst at revising I just don't like it. Also I am incapable of sitting in a dead silent room and concentrate fully! I just can't seem to focus so I have to do homework listening to music! But if I don't get good results I won't be able to do the things I like.

It's just so nerve raking to think about the future because you never know what could happen. For all I know I could become a celebrity in 5 years time!(probably not but you never know!)

Sorry this blog is quite short and late( I'm doing well here arent I?!?!I have been quite busy this week! I hope you enjoy it though!

Presents!

Hey guys,

Today was boring I had loads of homework but I thought I would end the day on a high note.

Christmas...I love Christmas it's the time of year where you can get as festive as you want and no one judges! There are different approaches to Christmas: kids:"Yay Christmas! I want this this this oh and that too!" Adults:"Yay Christmas! Now what should we get her, what about him?" Me:"Yay Christmas! I would like this and this! I need to buy this this and this for her and this for him!" That is just a stereo type but that is the majority of things that go through people's minds at Christmas but it may not be the case so I'm sorry if you feel missed out. I'm sure there are loads of other who feel like me because I love receiving but giving is just as good. This is a new pleasure I have to buy gifts for people so I am mega excited to buy everyone presents! 

I went out into town shopping today because I needed to get some things for superdrug and I found my self In the stocking fillers section of superdrug, I didn't buy much because I would get too excited but I did buy something that I couldn't leave on the shelf for one of my friends, I won't say because it might get around so they find out but I already can't wait for their reaction!

Receiving presents is a big part of Christmas but giving is just as important, i feel everyone should give at Christmas even if it is something you bought for a couple of pounds that is a but cheap but you know what they say "it's the thought that counts!" Well,whoever came up with that, I couldn't agree more!

Wow, reading though this makes me feel really inpired, and I wrote it! Let me know in the comments what you think? Ar you going to buy something for another? Are you excited for the look they give you when you open it? I hope so!

Scented Candles!

Hey guys,

Its Saturday! Whoop Whoop! Saturdays are good, you get to mill and chill around the house. The only bad thing about Saturday is that homework is normally on the to do list!

There is nothing I love more to do in the evenings than get all cosy in my onesie in my room watching TV with scented candles lit. I love scented candles, i just find them really relaxing so while i'm doing homework with one lit i feel a bit less stressed about the due date!

I have currently got 2 of my own: a Raspberry Yankee candle and a Berry Cocktail SPAAS candle. They smell amazing! I need to get some winter ones though. I have my eye on a cinnamon and a gingerbread one but i think i might be getting a few for Christmas which will be good! 

I always use them when i am doing homework, having a bath, just before i go to bed, or just when i am in my room doing whatever it is that i am doing in my room. 

I strongly recommend scented candles. You don't have to buy expensive ones. I have found some that are £2-3 but Yankee candles, the smaller ones in the jar are normally about £6-8 but just get one and try it, also they would last a decent while(it really depends how much you use them).

I better go i got homework :(

Superpowers

Hey guys,


The other day me and a few other people in my class were having a massive debate about what the best superpower was. Lets just say it got quite bizarre! I thought i would share with you all the "powers" we talked about:

To be able to talk telepathically, imagine if you could talk to your friends while in a silent room with no one having a way to hearing what your saying. You could get away with a lot of things! In test you could ask each other for answers (maybe only in unimportant because i think i would feel guilty doing it in my mock gcse's or the real thing). It would just be really fun. However who would have the power? Just you and your friend or everyone what would be the point in everyone being able to do it!?

To be able to Move things with your mind (like Matilda!) I'm pretty sure it's called telekinesis. That would be epic! Being able to get something from the other side of a room without having to move!. Imagine how easy football would become! I love Matilda and this power is so cool omg if i had it i would scream!

Another is Invisibility, i don't really like this one as much but it would be cool. You could do anything and get away with it because no one has evidence it was you! But it could be annoying and you could over hear something you didn't want to, that wouldn't be very nice!

This isn't really a superpower but is also something that came up. If you could look into the future but what you see you cant change no matter what. Some people would want to do that but i wouldn't. What if you end up homeless or really poor and there was nothing you could do about it. That would be really depressing, i couldn't handle that! 

To be able to Tell your younger self things they need to know! If i had this my life would be so much better! I could tell me to revise for a test that i failed in or something but i don't know how it would change...hmm maybe i need to re-think that one!

Monthly Favorites!

As its Saturday, this is my weekly blog.

This week I chose to do a Monthly Favorites, Basically everything i have been loving lately (this will be a monthly video).




1) I recently bought some powder by Miss Sporty.It is the Perfect shade and i use it all the time. The last powder i bought was good but it was very softly pressed so you got a lot on the floor i found. This one is more Firmly pressed.

( why cant i turn it the other way up!)







2) OMG this is something i have fallen in love with! Its a handbag by Dorothy Perkins! Lately i have really been loving dorothy perkins everything but i was out the other day when i picked it and there was no question about it i had to buy it, i felt like one of those emoji's with the heart eyes! All my other bags are really small or really old or smart. So i bought this because it is bigger and so mega pretty!

3) This next thing is Waterproof Mascara by Miss Sporty. As a Swimmer, I spend all my time forgetting to take off my mascara before swimming so i either have panda eyes or look bad because i don't have mascara on. I also like the brush, it is really big and applies well.















4) Dry Shampoo, Its something new that i discovered. My Mum had always put me off saying " it drys your hair out" but it really isn't! You still have to shower (obviously) but if it is an emergency or your hair isn't in a very good mood it is really good. But the scent of this one is really good!

5) Next is something i have only used once but i really like this! It is "Magic of Christmas" bath wand from Lush. The Thing i like about this is i can use it loads and loads(10 times) but it also smells amazing! It is kind of cinnamon with cloves and star anise scent, it has glitter on it too so you look really glowy when you wash your hair in it!

6) Next is something i have had a while but only started loving it recently, its the Collection Nude Eye shadow Palette. When i do my makeup i like to look natural so this is very subtle but still noticeable. This is why i like it!

7) Next is something i am finding really hard to stop sniffing! The "scrubbing me softly" body scrub by Zoella. I really love all her products but this one i really like! I always find spots on my arms so this was very useful but also just a relaxing thing for everywhere.

8) This is something i love but i am desperately trying to to use up because it can be quite expensive, it is Ted Baker Body mist and Body scuffle. They smell so good and i love them!

9) This next thing you might think is a bit weird but i can explain...i hope. They are makeup wipes! Before i used to use pads with liquid remover on and when i bought these i liked them better mainly because i don't have to use up much effort but also they are bigger.

10) Next is my hair...i got it cut and it looks really good. As you may know from my "Trying something new" post i got 6 inches cut off my hair. I am really happy with it and think it looks nice.

11) Also hair related, i bought some blonde shampoo! Some John Freida moisturising 
Blonde shampoo and conditioner which is really good and i love it!

12) Last but not least. I have chosen what dog i want when i'm Older. A Miniature Shiba Inu they are just so cute but also smaller so easier to handle. I just really like them i saw a big one in Brighton the other week and it was adorable! I havent decided what colour yet tho, what do you think?

Trying Something New

Hey guys,


Trying something new is something i enjoy! I think everyone should try something new every now and again. It is good for you because if you just never try anything new you will end up doing the same thing over and over again and it will get boring.

I made a huge decision yesterday...i went to get my hair cut yesterday and i know what you are thinking: JENNA WHY DO YOU FEEL HAIR IS SO IMPORTANT. Well i love my hair, i have blonde hair and i feel hair does a lot of difference to your appearance. I went big with my hair i cut 6 inches of my hair its so so short i cant quite get over it! This is something i have never done because i used to treasure my long hair and hate the hair dressers but because i tried something new i changed my mind about long hair.

Everyone should try something new regularly. So try to do something new every now and again whether its new food, a different hair style or maybe different makeup.

Don't you just love Autumn!

Hey guys,



Autumn is here!(well actually it has been autumn a while now, ohpsy!)

I love autumn! I mean why wouldn't you! It is such a cosy time. Whats better than cuddling up on the sofa in thick woolly sock, with a candle lit and a onesie! 

This autumn i bought a number of things just to feel more festive(and cosy!). I bought the most amazing Yankee and a pumpkin spice scented candles!! However i'm not sure my Dad likes the idea of having me lighting candles! I bought(well my mum bought for me) some orange flowers that look sooo cool!

I love being autuminal!hmm autuminal, isnt that a strange word, is that a word, i don't know but i like it: AUTUMINAL! Autumn has to be one of my favorite seasons, if you are reading this comment what your favorite season is and why.

Anyway i better go now!

The First Ever Time!

Hello Blogger!,

I'm Jenna, this is my first ever blog. when i tell everyone about this they will probably think i want to be famous or something like that. but i am doing this because i can and who cares what they think.

This blog is going to be like a diary, so personal, but also many other things like reviews, bakery tutorials and things like that. I also love interior design/architecture so maybe a few posts on that might pop up!

This will also be an anonymous so you will only ever get my name that's all! Only my closest friends will know who i am. I'm not even sure i'm going to tell my parent because everyone knows what they are like.

I am going to do a weekly Post on Saturday but may do a few others on random days.

Can't wait to get started! :P
